2. What this service is

This website offers tarot readings, angel card readings and spiritual guidance for personal reflection and entertainment. A reading is a structured prompt for thinking about your own situation. It is not:

• a prediction of the future, and not a guarantee of any outcome;
• legal, medical, financial, psychological or any other professional advice;
• a substitute for the judgement of a qualified professional.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to book a consultation or open an account. By using those features you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts

Account registration is not yet available on this website. When it is introduced, you will be responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account, and you must provide accurate information. Accounts may be suspended where these terms are breached.

5. Credits and payments

Readings are priced in credits. In the current demonstration version of this website:

• credits are simulated and stored in your own browser;
• no payment is processed, and credits have no monetary value;
• credits and reading history may be lost if you clear your browser data.

When payments are introduced, prices, taxes, credit validity and the payment provider used will be confirmed at checkout before you pay, and credits would be granted only after the provider confirms the payment. Nothing on this site should be read as an offer to sell credits today.

6. Bookings, rescheduling and cancellation

Consultation requests are currently collected by a demonstration form that does not transmit anything. Once bookings are live, requests will be subject to confirmation, and rescheduling and cancellation will follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the website for anything unlawful, or to harass, threaten or harm another person;
• ask for readings about other people's private lives, health or intentions in order to intrude on them;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
• copy, resell or republish the website's content or card artwork without permission.

8. Intellectual property

The text, layout and original vector card artwork on this website belong to the site owner or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. If a third-party tarot deck is introduced later, its licence terms must be respected, and credit given, wherever the deck requires it.

9. Availability

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, be suspended or be withdrawn, and the demonstration features may be reset without notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken in reliance on a reading. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
