Refund and Cancellation Policy

What applies today, and what the site owner needs to decide before paid bookings open.

Template notice. Nothing on this website can currently be bought, so there is nothing to refund yet. The sections marked in square brackets must be completed with the real policy before any payment is accepted.

Last updated: 2026.

1. The position today

  • No payment is processed anywhere on this website.
  • Credits shown in the demo wallet are simulated, have no monetary value, and are not purchased.
  • The booking form is a demonstration and does not create a real appointment or any obligation to pay.

Because no money changes hands here, no refund can arise from using this site as it currently stands.

2. Cancellations and rescheduling by you

Once consultations are bookable and paid for, the policy will state:

  • How much notice is required to reschedule at no cost: [e.g. 24 hours, to be confirmed].
  • How much notice is required to cancel for a refund: [to be confirmed].
  • What happens for late cancellations or missed appointments: [to be confirmed].
  • How many times a session may be rescheduled: [to be confirmed].

3. Cancellations by the practitioner

If a session cannot go ahead for reasons on the practitioner's side, you will be offered a new time or a full refund of the amount paid for that session. The refund method and timeframe: [to be confirmed].

4. Credits

When credits are sold for real, this section must state clearly whether unused credits are refundable, whether they expire, and what happens to credits remaining if the service changes or closes. Current proposal: [to be confirmed].

Please note that readings which have already been delivered — a reading you have completed and read — are normally non-refundable, as the service has been provided.

5. How to request a refund

Write to hello@example.com or call +00 00000 00000 with your name, the date of the booking or purchase, and the reason for the request. Requests are normally answered within [response time to be confirmed], and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live. Where local law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply. Applicable jurisdiction: [to be completed].

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first so it can be looked into directly. Payment provider disputes would be handled through the provider's own process.
